Ciba Health runs a few different programs. Your program decides where you sign in and which Help Center articles apply to you. Use the signs below to find yours.
AscendWell
- A group program offered through Solera.
- You sign in at participant.cibahealth.com.
- Your menu has Classes, and your group chat is in Messages.
- If you sign in at my.cibahealth.com with an AscendWell account, you are sent to participant.cibahealth.com.

Ciba Health 1:1 care
- Personalized support from your Ciba Health care team.
- You sign in at my.cibahealth.com or in the Ciba Health app.
- You chat with your care team in Messages in the patient portal.
Employer and health plan programs
- Your employer or health plan offers the program to you.
- Employer program members sign in at my.cibahealth.com.
