We are making your life easier, and your blood pressure monitor is already linked to your account before it’s shipped! Yay! Once the tracking information is available, you’ll receive an email with the shipping details, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Here are some important things you need to be aware of in case you just received your scale:

1. Get Ready - 📦 What’s in the box?

  • Monitor (TMB-2092-G)
  • Arm cuff (size depends on your arm)
  • 4 AA batteries ⚡
  • User manual

2. Setting Up

👆 Step 1: Insert the batteries

  • If the screen looks dim or shows a low-battery icon, replace all 4 AA batteries.
  • Always replace them together; don’t mix new and old.

🦾 Step 2: Put on the cuff

  • Wrap it on your bare upper arm, about 1 inch above the elbow.
  • The tube should point down the center of your arm.
  • It should feel snug, but you should still fit one finger under it.

🪑 Step 3: Sit in the right position

  • Sit upright with your back supported.
  • Feet flat, legs uncrossed.
  • Rest your arm on a table so the cuff is level with your heart.
  • Relax for 5 minutes before starting.

3. Taking a Measurement

Option A: Single Reading

  1. Press the START/STOP button.
  2. The cuff inflates and then deflates automatically.
  3. Your numbers appear on the screen (systolic, diastolic, pulse).

Option B: Triple Reading (More Accurate)

  1. Slide the TRIPLE MODE button to “3.”
  2. The monitor takes 3 readings, 1 minute apart.
  3. It shows you the average result.

💡 Tip: Doctors often recommend the triple reading for more reliable results.

4. Understanding the Display

📒 Notes

  • No power? → Check batteries or adapter
  • Error message? → Rewrap the cuff and try again
  • No signal? → Move closer to a window for better reception
  • Different numbers at home vs clinic? → Normal! Blood pressure changes throughout the day
