How do I check what software version my phone is using?

Knowing your phone’s software version can help us troubleshoot app issues and ensure your device meets the minimum requirements to use the Ciba Health app.

📱 For iPhone:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Tap General
3. Tap About
4. Look for Software Version — it should say something like iOS 15.6

The Ciba Health app requires iOS 13 or later.

🤖 For Android:

1. Open the Settings app
2. Scroll down and tap About phone or About device
3. Tap Software information (if needed)
4. Look for Android version — it should say something like Android 10

The Ciba Health app requires Android 8.0 or later.

If your software version is older than the requirement, you may need to update your device or use a different one to install the app.
