This guide will show you how to connect your Withings digital scale account to your Ciba Health account.
Before you begin
- Ensure your digital scale is connected to the Withings app.
- If you haven’t set it up yet, follow these steps: How to connect your digital scale to Withings
Once your scale is linked to your Withings account, follow the steps below to connect it to Ciba Health.
Ciba Health Platform - Web Version
Step 1: Open the Devices page
- On your dashboard, click Devices in the left panel.
- If you’re using a smaller screen, the menu may be hidden. Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left to open it and select Devices.
Step 2: Connect your digital scale
- On the Devices page, click Connect next to Weight Scale.
Step 3: Log in to Withings
- When the Withings login page appears, sign in with your Withings account.
Sometimes, multiple users may be connected to your digital scale. If so, you will see a list of profiles.
Important: Select your profile to ensure the correct data is transferred.
Step 4: Allow Connection
- When prompted, allow the app to connect to Ciba Health.
Once connected, you will see:
- a green “Connected” tag
- a red “Disconnect” button
Note: After connecting your digital scale, you can no longer enter your weight manually on the platform.
Step 5: Track Your Weight
- Go to your dashboard and find the Weight Input section.
This section appears in every module and helps you track your weight throughout the program. - Step on your scale to send your weight data to Ciba Health.
If no data appears:
- Wait a few minutes and refresh the app.
- Make sure your scale and internet are connected properly.
Step 6: View your weight history
- Click “Weight History” to see your synced weight data and track your progress.
Important: Remember to weigh yourself at least once a week for better results and analytics.
Ciba Health Platform - Mobile Version
Step 1
- Access the Devices page from the Profile tab.
Please ensure you're using the latest version of the mobile app. s
2. Click on “Withings Health Mate”
You will be redirected to the “Withings” app. Log in using your Withings account credentials. After connecting, you will be redirected back to Ciba Health.
⚠️ Make sure you connect Ciba to the right Withings user to avoid wrong data transfer and changes in your analytics.
3. If the connection was successful, you will see a green sign that says “Connected” on the Devices page.
*Note that once the device is connected, no manual weight inputs will be allowed on the platform.
4. Access Weight sections from the “Dashboard” or “Programs” tabs.

5. Stand on your scale to send data to Ciba Health.
If no data appears:
- Wait a few minutes and reload the app.
- Ensure your scale and internet are connected properly.
6. Select “History” to view synced weight data and track your progress.

My Withings data is not updating in the app
If your Withings account has multiple users, you may have selected the wrong profile during setup. To fix this, try reconnecting your scale:

- Log in to the Ciba Health web application.
- Go to the Devices page.
- Click Disconnect next to your scale.
- Reconnect your scale and make sure to select the correct user profile.
This should ensure your data syncs correctly.
