If the Ciba Health app isn’t opening or giving you errors, it might be because of saved (cached) data on your phone. You can fix this by clearing the app’s data. Just follow these easy steps:

Press and hold the Ciba Health app icon on your phone. and tap App info.

On the App info page, tap Force stop.

Next, tap Storage & cache still on the App info page.

Select Clear Storage.
- After clearing the storage, delete the app from your phone and reinstall it from the Play Store.
