We recommend keeping your Ciba Health mobile app up to date to ensure the best performance, access to the latest features, and a smooth user experience. Follow the steps below to update your app:
For iOS (iPhone and iPad)
- Open the App Store on your device.
- Use the search bar at the top to find the Ciba Health app and select it.
- If you see the Update button, tap it to update the app.
- If you see the Open button instead, your app is already up to date.
Alternatively, you can enable automatic updates:
- Go to Settings
- Use the search bar at the top to find App Store.
- Toggle on App Updates under “Automatic Downloads.”
For Android
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Manage apps & device > Updates available.
- If Ciba Health is listed, tap Update next to it.
- If there’s no update available, your app is already up to date.
To enable automatic updates for future versions:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Search for Ciba Health and select it
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner
- Check Enable auto-update
