To leave AscendWell, do two things: email Ciba Health support, and tell Solera. Once your cancellation has started, you can no longer use your dashboard.
Steps
Step 1: Email Ciba Health
Email support@cibahealth.com and ask to cancel your membership.
Step 2: Tell Solera
Contact Solera to let them know you are canceling. Call 1-877-486-0141 or visit gosolera.com.
What happens next
- Once your cancellation has started, you no longer have access to your dashboard.
- If you want to come back later, start with Solera. Solera must start your re-enrollment first.
