Password Reset

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it for any reason, don’t worry - it’s a quick and easy process! Follow the steps below to regain access to your Ciba Health account.
 

  1. Go to the Reset Password Page
    Visit the password reset page using the following link:
    👉 Reset Password

  2. Enter Your Email Address
    Enter the email address associated with your Ciba Health account.

  3. Check Your Email for a Temporary Password
    After submitting your email address, you’ll receive an email containing a temporary password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder.

  4. Log in Using the Temporary Password
    Go to the login page and use the temporary password to log into your account.

  5. Change Your Temporary Password
    For security reasons, we recommend updating your temporary password immediately after logging in. To do this:

    • Navigate to your Account Settings or Profile section.
    • Select Change Password and create a new, strong password.
