If your plan offers a Fitbit incentive, you get it from Solera, not from Ciba Health. To qualify, take part in AscendWell for a total of 4 weeks and complete all of your tasks in those first four weeks.
How it works
- Ciba Health does not offer the Fitbit. It comes from Solera, if your plan includes it.
- To qualify, you need to be active in the program for a total of 4 weeks.
- You also need to complete all of your tasks in those first four weeks.
- Solera contacts you by email about your Fitbit voucher.
