If your plan offers a fitbit incentive, then you will receive this from Solera. Ciba Health does not offer the Fitbit. In order to qualify for the Fitbit, you will need to be engaged with the platform for a total of 4 weeks and ensure you complete all of your tasks in those first four weeks of your program.
