Yes. Email us at support@cibahealth.com and we will work on moving you to a different group. If you only want different class times, you do not need to move: you choose your own class times on the Classes page.
How your group works
- When you enroll, you choose a group. Each group has its own program start date.
- The program is split into modules, each with its own dates. Your Dashboard shows the current module and its dates.
- You book your intro session and your classes yourself, on the days and at the times that suit you. See How do I find, join and catch up on my AscendWell classes?
- If you can't attend a class live, you can watch the recording later on the Past tab.
How to move to a different group
Step 1: Email support
Email support@cibahealth.com and ask to move to a different group.
Step 2: Check your dashboard after the move
If your Dashboard asks you to book your intro session, select Book Now and pick a time.
