Who this is for: AscendWell members
AscendWell by Ciba Health is a group wellness program offered through Solera. It focuses on weight management and the prevention of type 2 diabetes. You learn with a group in live classes led by health and wellness coaches. It is not one-to-one care.
What the program includes
- Live group classes on topics such as food, activity, mental health, and health and wellness. In class you can ask questions of a health coach or dietitian.
- Recordings of your classes, so you can catch up if you miss one.
- Nutrition advice, help with changing habits, and health and wellness tips.
- A group chat in Messages with your group and your coaches.
- A smart scale that sends your weight to your dashboard, so you can track your progress.
- A Content Library with articles and videos.
What AscendWell is not
AscendWell is a group program. It does not include one-to-one care, an individual care plan or a personal diet plan. If you want a more individualized program, email support@cibahealth.com.
Medicare ACCESS is a separate Ciba Health program with its own articles.
