This guide will help you connect your blood pressure monitor (BPM) to the Withings app.
Important: You must complete this tutorial before connecting your Withings account to Ciba Health. If you have already done this, scroll to the end to for the next steps to connect your Ciba Health account.
If this is your first time, unbox your BPM and let's get started!
Step 1: Download the Withings App

- For Apple users: Download from the App Store.
- For Android users: Download from Google Play Store.
Step 2: Getting started

- Once downloaded, open the app and allow it to use Bluetooth.
- Tap Get Started.
- Log in to your account, or follow the process to create one.
- Agree to Privacy Policy and Terms and tap Next.
- Follow the prompts to set up your profile.
If you have an iPhone, you can choose to have it sync with iHealth (Turn On All when prompted).
Step 3: Setting up your BPM

When the device list pops up, select Blood pressure monitors. Then, select the BPM Connect.
If you missed the pop-up, you can access the device list by tapping the Devices icon in the top right corner. If you already have a device connected, tap on the device icon in the top right corner, scroll down and select Install a device.
- Follow the onscreen prompts to pair and configure your BPM.

When the device list pops up, select Blood pressure monitors. Then, select the BPM Connect.
Step 4: Using your BPM

- Once connected, the app will display instructions on how to use your BPM.
