What does the progress bar on my dashboard show?

In this article

Who this is for: Ciba Health 1:1 patients

The progress bar on your Dashboard shows how many tasks in your health journey you have finished, for example "2 of 6 Tasks completed". To move it forward, finish the next task shown below it.

What the bar counts

  • Each task in your health journey counts once. Examples are completing your profile, filling out questionnaires and booking visits. Your tasks depend on your program.
  • A task counts when it is done.
  • Optional visits that you skip are not counted.
  • When every task is done, the card says "You've completed all care plan tasks."

How to complete your tasks

Step 1: Find your next task on the Dashboard

Your next task shows below the progress bar, with a button such as Complete, Go to profile, Start or Book visit.

Step 2: Select the button and finish the task

Some tasks have no button, for example when the Ciba clinical team is ordering your labs. Your care team takes care of those.

If a visit is optional, you can select Book Visit, or select Skip and then Skip again to confirm.

Step 3: See all your tasks

Select View Journey on the progress card. The page has three parts: "Current", "Upcoming" and "Completed". The number in brackets shows how many tasks are in each part. On a phone, use the tabs at the top to switch between "Upcoming" and "Completed".

Questionnaires have their own progress bar

Open My Health. Under "Questionnaires", each questionnaire shows its own bar and how many steps you have done, for example "3/10".

  • Select Begin to start a questionnaire.
  • Your answers are saved each time you select Next.
  • Select Continue to pick up where you left off.
  • Select View Answers to see a questionnaire you have finished.

Inside a questionnaire, the bar at the top shows which step you are on, for example "Step 2 / 8".

If something goes wrong

  • The button on a questionnaire is gray: finish your required consent forms first. The other questionnaires open after that.
  • The bar did not move after you finished a task: refresh the page. If it still has not moved, send your care team a message in Messages.
  • You see "Booking is unavailable for deactivated accounts": your account is not active. Contact support.
