On the confirmation page, you can view and edit your appointment details. If you want to change the doctor or the date and time of your appointment, press the “Change doctor” or “Change time” buttons.
Add a brief description of the reason for your visit in the text box underneath “What’s the reason for your visit?”. Include any symptoms, existing conditions, and concerns. Your provider will be able to read this information.
Check that all information is correct, and press the “Confirm the appointment” button. Congratulations, your appointment is scheduled!
