  1. Go to the Ciba Health Platform

  2. Enter Your Email and Password

    • On the login screen, input the email address associated with your Ciba Health account.
    • Type in your password. Ensure it is entered correctly.
  3. Click 'Sign In'

    • Tap or click the Sign In button to proceed.
  4. Two-Factor Authentication (if enabled)

    • If Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, enter the code sent to your email.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Click on "Forgot Password?" under the login field.
  2. Enter your registered email address and click Submit.
  3. Check your email inbox for a reset link.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.

Common Issues and Troubleshooting

  • Incorrect Password or Email

    • Ensure your email and password are correct.
    • Passwords are case-sensitive, so double-check your entries.
  • Account Locked

    • After multiple failed attempts, your account may be temporarily locked for security. Wait a few minutes and try again or contact support.
  • Trouble with 2FA

    • If you are not receiving the 2FA code, ensure your email is correct and try again.
